Material Advantage Student Program Membership
College and university students will find that the Material Advantage student membership offers strong benefits. Dues for membership are only $25.00 per year, and the student receives the benefit of belonging to all four organizations. Student members' are billed annually for their $25.00 dues, which covers a calendar year, and a rebate of $5.00 per student is sent annually directly to the active student chapter. To create a Material Advantage Student Chapter just follow the simple instructions at "Start a New Chapter."
Under the Material Advantage Membership provisions, the student member is eligible for the publications included with individual membership in each society. These include American Ceramic Society Bulletin (ACerS), Iron & Steel Technology (AIST), Advanced Materials and Processes (ASM) and JOM (TMS). In addition, student members may purchase archival journals and other publications from each society at special student rates.
To become a student member, complete the Online Student Member Application or print out the Member Application (PDF) and Fax/Mail it in.
